Biography

Sara A. Ford is a Vocational Economic Analyst with Vocational Economics, Inc. (VEI). She provides expert testimony specific to lost earnings due to disability, death, or loss of employment. She has a Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Kentucky. In addition, she holds a Bachelor of Arts with honors in Economics from the University of Cincinnati, concentration in Labor Economics.

Ms. Ford joined the firm in 2006 assisting the senior analysts in review and analysis. In her years with VEI, she analyzed over one thousand cases involving partial or total disability. Her experience includes work on cases including traumatic brain injury, orthopedic injuries, psychological impairment, union workers, infants and children.

Ms. Ford is an integral part of the research and development team. She routinely presents and publishes on the topics of earning capacity and worklife expectancy. She has qualified on numerous occasions to provide vocational economic testimony in both federal and state courts in multiple states across the country.
