Paul W. Thomas, Ph.D., is a labor economist with Vocational Economics, Inc. He provides economic testimony specific to earning capacity for persons with a permanent disability where detailed analyses of lost wages, health coverage, and pension benefits from injury are frequently examined. In addition, he provides economic analyses for employment related matters, such as alleged wrongful termination.

Dr. Thomas received his Doctorate in Economics and Masters of Science in Economics from Purdue University. His main area of research was empirical labor economics and more specifically, in public policy and how individuals respond to tax incentives.

Prior to joining Vocational Economics, Inc., Dr. Thomas worked as a research assistant and instructor at Purdue University, receiving teaching honors from his students.
