Biography

Tony Reyes, PhD, CRC, is a vocational analyst with Vocational Economics, Inc. He provides expert analyses and testimony specific to earning capacity and work-life expectancy in cases of permanent disability.

Dr. Reyes has over a decade of experience as a professor, researcher, vocational rehabilitation counselor, and vocational analyst. In addition to his work with Vocational Economics, Dr. Reyes is an assistant professor at Elon University in the Department of Human Service Studies. Previously, he served as the director of rehabilitation services at a vocational rehabilitation company.

Dr. Reyes received a doctorate in rehabilitation counselor education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He completed a master’s degree in counseling at California State University, Los Angeles, and an undergraduate degree in English at Yale University. He is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. Dr. Reyes is an active researcher with numerous scholarly articles published in a variety of referred journals. He is a frequent speaker to professional groups interested in work and disability.
