| Facts of Case |
Case involved four children who had sustained lead paint poisoning. All
four were diagnosed with cognitive disorders and Attention
Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder. Full scale IQs ranged up to
84. One child was also diagnosed with a receptive language
disorder. At the time of the reports, the children ranged in age
from 6 to 18. |
