Disability or the death of a loved one can have a psychological impact on an individual or result in pain and suffering or lost pleasure of life. As part of their claim for damages, many attorneys introduce expert testimony regarding this impact for the jury's consideration. In this arena, Vocational Economics offers the services of a clinical, Ph.D. psychologist who develops his opinion through extensive interviews with and testing of the client or family members. His evaluation determines the nature and extent of the impact on the individual and is followed by a report and/or testimony that explains this in clear terms. All Psychological Impact analyses are coordinated out of the home office. Attorneys requesting such an analysis will want to prepare their clients for the interview by offering them the Client Evaluation description. Last Modified: Thursday August 07, 2003 09:11 AM |
