Sara A. Ford is a Vocational
Analyst with Vocational Economics, Inc. (VEI).
She has a Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation
Counseling from the University of Kentucky and
is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor.
In addition, she holds a Bachelor of Arts
with honors in Economics from the University
of Cincinnati, concentration in Labor
Economics. Mrs. Ford has worked as a case
manager at VEI for two-and-a-half years and
has analyzed hundreds of cases involving
partial and total disability. She is
experienced in assessing loss of earning
capacity in cases involving both children and
adults.
Her experience includes work on cases including
traumatic brain injury, orthopedic injuries,
psychological impairment and union workers. Mrs. Ford is an integral part of the
research and development team at Vocational
Economics and is also involved with the
training of fellow colleagues.
Mrs. Ford is a licensed
real estate agent in the state of Kentucky and
a certified SCUBA diver. Previously, she worked as a business
manager and assistant manager with a fastener
distributor. Her work included working closely with
sheltered employment workshops to provide job
training opportunities for persons with
disabilities.
