Dr. Chou is a medical doctor specializing in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.  He received his Medical Doctorate degree from the University of Louisville.  He completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Texas Southwestern. 

He maintains his own private practice, and is an educator and was Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Louisville.  Dr. Chou has presented lectures across the country in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.  He is a member of several professional organizations.
